He specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, offering treatments for acne, eczema, skin cancer, and aesthetic concerns like Botox and laser therapy.
Whitney L. Krohn, MMS, PA-C
Certified Physician Assistant
Whitney is an experienced Physician Assistant who has helped build Horwitz Dermatology since 2004. She specializes in acne and cosmetic skincare, creating personalized, effective regimens, Botox Cosmetic, Injectable Fillers, and advanced laser treatments such as Fraxel, IPL & Clear and Brilliant Laser Treatments. Known for her honest, thorough approach, she stays current on skincare advances to deliver real results. Whitney holds degrees from the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University, with certifications and clinical experience across multiple medical fields. Gregg O. Wilentz, D.O. FAOCD
Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Gregg O. Wilentz is a dermatologist located in Weston. He performs medical and cosmetic Dermatology procedures.
Dr. Wilentz graduated from Tufts University and received his medical degree, with honors from Nova-Southeastern University. He completed his internship at Florida Medical Center South and performed his residency in Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at North Broward Hospital District Nova-Southeastern University.
Giovanna Paredes, APRN
Giovanna Paredes, combines global medical training with a deep commitment to South Florida’s diverse communities. With degrees in medicine, immunology, and advanced nursing, she specializes in both medical and cosmetic dermatology—particularly chronic skin conditions like psoriasis. Her holistic, patient-centered approach is informed by her background in immunologic research and hands-on experience. She also mentors future practitioners at FIU and the University of Miami.
